In early 2024, the BSTS Fam settled into their very own, nearly 145 year old, home located in the beautiful Downtown Historic Augusta District, with the goal of making their clients feel comfortable and at home. Customer service is more than just saying hello and being kind. Much like the family-nature that exists in the military community, Rudy and the BSTS Fam work to ensure that the BSTS family exists beyond the 4 walls that contain the shop itself. Every client is treated like family, from beginning to end and beyond, as BSTS strives for excellence to a degree that their family keeps coming back to visit.
